About Lauren Amron
Lauren Amron is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in wellness programs and support for children and teens. After earning a law degree and an MBA, Lauren spent 20 years working in the corporate world. Her passion for helping young people to achieve their wellness goals began when she saw a need for support for her own son. Limited healthy food choices at school, restaurants, birthday parties and sports practices had started to cause some issues. Weight gain, irritability and lethargy began to rear their ugly heads. Having struggled with her weight and body image at various points throughout her life, Lauren felt that there had to be a better way to teach her children how to eat to feel great and have the energy they need for their fast-paced lives.
Lauren began to educate herself on how to plan, cook and prepare healthy meals and snacks for herself and her family. She studied several different nutrition theories from vegetarian to paleo and everything in between. She also learned that the right amount of good quality sleep and a mindfulness practice are essential parts of a healthy lifestyle. Through trial and error, she has come up with proven strategies that have yielded long term success. Her husband and three children have each found their own path to wellness by focusing on their bioindividuality and through lots of love and support. Lauren is passionate about helping you and your children experience the same sense of wellness for yourselves.
